Choose either RealPlayer or Quicktime formatted video selections according to your internet connection speed. For example, use "fast" if you connect to the internet via cable-modem or DSL, and use "slow" if you connect by dial-up. If you are having trouble with the streaming video, try updating your browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc) as well as your RealPlayer or Quicktime programs.
