SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

All items are shipped via first class USPS within 5 - 7 business days anywhere within the USA.

Shipping and handling fees:
Orders of $5-$10, add $2
Orders of $10-20, add $4
Orders of $20-60, add $8

For larger order, international orders or requests for priority shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order for shipping costs and delivery times.

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

RETURN POLICY

If you receive an item that is not as we described, or is damaged or broken, we will gladly issue you a refund of your purchase price, or replace the item if possible.

To process a return:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, to notify us of your intent to return the item.
  2. We will authorize your return and give you instructions on return shipping.
  3. When we receive the returned item, we will promptly credit your charge account or issue you a check, depending on your original method of payment.
