| I began seriously quilting and practicing related fiber techniques in 1976. My home and garden motivate and provide ideas for my quilts. After a long winter, spring planting of colorful Primroses inspired me to create the basket in this piece. Since documentation is so important, I added the journal fabric. The burnt edge hints at fabric's fragility and need of preservation. |
