| My first experiences with fiber art began at a very early age, about four. I remember sitting on the loom bench of my grandmother's while watching her weave. She passed way when I was ten leaving me with a love and affinity for woven pieces and also leaving me her loom. I enjoy mixing all the techniques and materials I've come across into fiber wall pieces, but I also get great satisfaction in completing very functional work as my grandmother had woven when I watched all those years ago. |
