46. "Altogether Now" Marty Young Marietta, Georgia |
| cotton, machine piecing, hand tied |
| I am an art-school trained painter who worked as a librarian for 20 years. I traded in my brushes for fabric and started quilting in the 90's. I love books and making things. I am at my best when I do free piecing, surrounded by bags and bags of scrapes. I am married with children and we have 10 grandchildren, and contented with all, given sufficient quilting time. |
