| Quilting gives me great enjoyment and satisfaction. It is a link with women from the past and a bridge to women of the future. It makes me part of a sisterhood which transcends time. I try to let the piece speak to me about fabric. I am a fabricholic and love to collect and use different fabrics in my pieces. Just the right fabric choice can make a statement. I am happy that The Alliance for American Quilts will have a home in Asheville and those of us who love it here welcome you. |
