| When we moved from our home of 27 years, I felt such a loss. So much of me was inside that house - both bricks and mortar and memories. So many celebrations with family and friends took place under that red tile roof; and we always felt safe there. Starting this quilt, I realized it was a tribute to my beloved home. The yard was wild with color in the spring. |
