23. "Whole-Cloth House" Andi Perejda Arroyo Grande, California |

| After dyeing the fabric found in the body of this house, I noticed faces had developed in the "windows" (blue areas). The faces prompted this whole-cloth quilt design. Free-hand quilting was then beaded to enhance the design of the house and the couple who live inside it. As an interviewee (Q.S.O.S. interview number 81), I wanted to contribute to this effort on the part of The Alliance for American Quilts. |
