| Fred was a salesman and Mabel loved making quilts from the samples when they were no longer part of his sales kit. Their love flourished and warmth contained them under the beautiful quilts. Entitled “Chapter II” because I made a much larger quilt using a similar theme. Plates hand cut out of ties using a paper pattern; machine sewn and machine quilted’ embellished with broken necklace, photo and buttons. Enjoy the romance!
