| This quilt used techniques that are more modern and fabrics that are modern - that is what makes this my quilt. I love bright colors on dark and using the machine reverse appliqué technique was new for me. The history part of this quilt was designs of a folk art nature. The designs that I used are used in many art forms throughout history. Basic in nature and yet beautiful to look at. |
