| The Quilt Police Sergeant once told me I was doing it wrong: no hoop, no quilting pattern, stitches too big, no bias binding – I was making art and not quilts! Since then, I have been moving forward, carrying the torch for all types of quilts, helping to save and preserve their history. I continue to make 4 sided art quilts. My favorites feature stars, black and white with bright colors and I use straight grain bindings. |
