| Commercial cottons machine pieced and fused applique, machine quilted, embellished with rayon threads and metallic yarn, hand painted cotton, beads, metalized leaves. |
| I had no crazy piecing experience to draw on for this project, but enjoyed my first try at it, using the results for the center and border of the quilt. Other time-honored forms used are the little four patch blocks, the medallion style and on point setting. Now that I have successfully meshed crazy with contemporary, I look forward to going crazy again! |
