| This crazy dragon was inspired by the brown satin brocade with the tree and crane (symbol of longevity). The dragon is from the book Motifs for Crazy Quilting by J. Marsha Michler. The materials used have been collected over an 18 year span of quilting. The seam coverings were collected and sewn on during a cruise to ports in Spain, France, Italy, Malta, Casablanca and Gibralter. |
