| Foundation pieced and top stitched. Fabric is cotton, cotton blend, satin, polyester, lace, sequins, beads, floss. Cotton/warm & natural batting and tied with floss. |
| My grandmothers quilted. It was a passion for both. I have inherited that passion. They were excellent needle workers and could do it all. I have plain and fancy quilts from both that are excellent examples of fabric and patterns of the time. All made with cardboard templates and scissors. I have taught my three daughters to sew, quilt and do needlework. This is a legacy that I am very proud of. |
