| This year the Diocese of Baton Rouge, Louisiana is celebrating its 50th anniversary. Each church parish was given the background block and asked to make a quilt block representing their church parish. This game me an idea for this contest. What greater alliance than between God and man. God’s hand is from Michelangelo’s Creation of Adam. The human hand was traced from my granddaughter’s hand. This alliance is never-ending – hence the circle. |
