You can use the tools from the Quilt Index website to document your own quilts, or to help an organized quilt documentation group or museum in your area apply to become part of the Quilt Index.
Go to the Quilt Index website to download a Blank Documentation Form or New Contributor Application Materials.
Inventory your "Boxes"
Visit the Boxes Under the Bed "How To Document" section for guidelines on what to do. Download the inventory form to begin recording what's in the boxes under YOUR bed.
